1 John 5:4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world; and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.

Faith can be sometimes hard to define.

But let me try.  Faith is that invisible internal power of the Holy Spirit. It’s in the life of the believer, to create something that currently only exists in their heart.  It’s between them and God.  It has a  goal of making their desires physically manifest on earth.

That’s kind of a mouth full but think about it for a moment.  Faith really is the Holy Spirit inside you. Being sent on a mission by you to bring to pass things that you desire, and are promised to you in Gods’ word, and have them physically manifested in our earthly world.  Faith is produced in the believer by hearing the word of God.  I encourage you to sit down.  Think about your future.

  1. Take a notebook and write down what changes, if any, will come to your life because of the passing over of your loved one.
  2. Decide what you want your future to look like.
  3. Begin to pray and ask God to bring to pass those things you will need to share your testimony of what you’ve been through with others.  Find a promise of God to apply your faith to each request.
  4. Begin to pray about any healing process that needs to happen to bring all your family and friends close together again.  We all know, now, . . . time on earth is short.
