OUTSTANDING MINISTERIAL LEADERSHIP AWARD PROGRAM
Welcome to our Outstanding Ministerial Leadership Award Program. Our blog, Overcoming Grief, is one of the fastest growing Christian blogs on the internet. We provide practical ways to assist those suffering emotional pain from the loss of someone or something they loved, to move forward with their lives. One way to encourage them is to let them see God has great men and women still out there working for His Kingdom. The future is bright for God’s work on earth. We are very selective in who we allow to receive this award. You may be one of them.
Guidelines for the Award
There are four criteria used to evaluate someone’s ministerial efforts.
*Honesty
*Integrity
*Compassion/Love for other people
*Leadership/Vision
The size of the building, or the number of people in their congregation or benevolent ministry are not part of our criteria.
There is no application process. Each minister must be recommended by a minister who has already received this award or a member of their congregation.
The Home Office, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA will review each recommendation and determine if the recommended minister meets the requirements.
Each award is for one calendar year, however the award can be renewed each year if the recipient maintains the high standards required.
Each award recipient agrees for their name and ministry to be posted on our blog.
Promotion
The minister and their ministry will be promoted around the world through the promotion of our blog.
We ask our award recipients to consider utilizing the talents and services of fellow award recipients for:
*Conference speakers
*Evangelists for revivals
*Musical concerts
*Lay training
*Leadership classes
*All things Ministry
Therefore, since OG operates primarily through social media, we encourage each recipient to request that their church members/supporters come to the blog site and leave a positive comment. This is the easiest way for other award recipients to learn about you and your ministry, anointing and talents to invite you to come and minister for them, whether in your country or some other country.
Also, we encourage you to invite another recipient to come and speak for you or adopt a plan you alternate speaking for each other.
We invite each of our recipients to recommend other ministers to receive our Outstanding Ministerial Leadership Award.
We believe the hard work, commitment, responsibilities, and quality leadership of those called by God should be recognized.
The long days, stress, and too many work hours every week are often overlooked by others, we know this to be true. Our ministry is to promote you and your ministry, free of charge to you, around the world.
We pray God’s Best on you and your family, and through you to other families.
In His service,
Lee Gilliam
