Are You Weary?

Although we can grow weary in waiting for the GREAT THINGS that are coming to us, we should recognize this brief period of “waiting” as our precious opportunity to PREPARE our hearts for the coming of the Lord!

You may be weary right now, and this period of waiting and delay may seem to go on, and on, and on… But let’s put things in it’s proper perspective!

#1

The Lord will indeed be REVEALED and made MANIFEST to THIS GENERATION! Yet, if you truly have eyes to see you would realize that His decent from heaven has ALREADY BEGUN!

#2

The GREAT PROMISES we are waiting for (and that are already happening) have NEVER EVER occurred before on planet Earth, nor in the expanse of the cosmos! So, though you may be weary, it is just as easy to be joyfully excited! It is just as easy to be strong and to take courage!

#3

ARE WE REALLY READY? “The Lord isn’t really being slow about His promise, as some people think. No, HE IS BEING PATIENT FOR YOUR SAKE. He does not want anyone to be destroyed, but wants everyone to repent… So then, dear friends, since you are looking forward to this, MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO BE FOUND SPOTLESS, blameless and at peace with Him. Bear in mind that our Lord’s patience means salvation…”
2 Peter 3:9,14-15 NIV

Galatians

2:20 I have been crucified with Christ [in Him I have shared His crucifixion]; it is no longer I who live, but Christ (the Messiah) lives in me; and the life I now live in the body I live by faith in (by adherence to and reliance on and complete trust in) the Son of God, Who loved me and gave Himself up for me.
Obadiah 1:15 For the day of the Lord is near upon all the nations. As you have done, it shall be done to you; your dealings will return upon your own head. [Isa. 2:10-22; Zeph. 3:8-20; Zech. 12:1-14; Rev. 19:11-21.]

Being crucified to a cause is an easy burden to carry. I choose to do good for no reason. When you are chosen to do good, the good seed is implanted inside of you so your life is inflated from the satisfaction of giving.
Many widows usually come to me in need of food and medicine, it tears at my heart when I can’t personally provide for what they need. One of those widows has touched me deeply than any other. I will her Carmen;

Carmen

Carmen has a small shack in one of our village outreaches. She eats once day, food is very hard to come by. She doesn’t have a stove, nor a refrigerator, which is a common household appliance. One day I walked in her little humble hut, she was boiling coffee in the backyard with little pieces of wood surrounded by rocks. This coffee was to suppress her hunger I cried at the sight of it, so did everyone else there. So I asked myself how can you take on this task? How do you end poverty, starvation and hunger?

Immediately it came to my mind the question God made to Cain; where is Able? Cain answered; am I my brothers keeper? We all know the answer to this, we all should feel a responsibility to care for our brothers and sisters, anywhere in the world. God is not controlled by time, places, races color or creed. We are the BODY of God, we are to repair this Earth, we are to bring heaven down to Earth, we are to heal the broken and speak to the rock to give forth its water. Pain is real, pain can’t be measured, you can’t touch pain; but you can help ease the pain, we can all help grain by grain.

Choose to do good.
